It is therefore important that you are good at communicating, have a respectful and caring approach, and possess good empathetic abilities.\nThe girl needs help with everything in her daily life. She does not have spoken language but expresses herself through sounds and facial expressions. She uses a feeding tube and requires breathing assistance including a cough machine and suction equipment.\nThe work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity. Thorough and clear introduction is provided upon employment. A car and driver's license are a requirement to get to and from work.\nSince the client has no spoken language and has difficulty expressing herself, it is essential that you are creative, attentive, and responsive to subtle signals. Experience in personal assistance is a merit, but personal suitability and care experience will be weighted most heavily.
