Family Support currently consists of three teams - the intensive team, the family team, and the SUF team. The different teams currently work on behalf of social workers with various types of treatment interventions. As a Senior Treatment Secretary, you will work closely with treatment professionals as well as unit managers. We currently have two senior positions and are expanding with one additional position. One of our senior staff will also be on leave for a period, which is why we are advertising both a permanent position and a contract position of at least 1 year.\nJob responsibilities\nAs a Senior Treatment Secretary, you will lead, distribute, and organize daily operational work. You will provide methodological support to treatment professionals in cases and be part of business and competency development at the units together with unit managers. You will work closely with the other Senior Treatment Secretaries. You will collaborate with other senior staff within the department. You will have an important role in the business's transition to meet the intentions of the new Social Services Act. You will be part of maintaining and developing the quality of our services to children and families in Uddevalla.\nWho we are looking for\nAre you someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment and has the ability to adapt to changing circumstances? You have several years of experience in treatment work. You have further education in treatment methods. You hold a Class B driver's license. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish.\nExperience in leadership and methodological support is meritorious.
