Your work involves coordinating and leading the daily operations, providing methodological guidance to the secretaries, and ensuring high-quality services. You are also responsible for leading the development of working methods, with a focus on ensuring that children and young people in foster care receive the support and care they need. An important part of your role is ensuring the team works in accordance with applicable legislation.\n\nThe unit has three additional senior social workers, and you will work closely together to provide leadership for all child secretaries on the unit. Beyond being a manager, you are expected to contribute to close collaboration with other units, coordinate work, and promote a holistic approach that centers on young people's needs. You will also monitor and analyze results to drive improvements and development initiatives that further strengthen the operations.
