A central part of the assignment is to lead the development work required due to new legal requirements, case law, operational goals, or organizational changes. We constantly strive for more efficient forms of cooperation and case handling, and here you will become a key person. You translate governing documents into practical procedures, monitor the quality of work, identify competency needs, and coach employees through change processes. Through case supervision and targeted training initiatives, you ensure that the team has the right tools for future challenges. The role involves both individual areas of responsibility and close teamwork.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone who is motivated by finding more efficient ways forward and who has the ability to bring the group along through a coaching approach. We require that you have several years of experience in exercising authority as well as experience working with strategic issues.\n\nIt is a requirement to have experience exercising authority within social psychiatry or LSS services.
