You support the social workers through mentoring, guidance, and contributing your expertise in both daily work and complex cases. You work closely with the team and help create structure, quality, and security.\nIn this role, you will mentor and provide methodological support to social workers in case handling. You will prioritize and support during high workloads. You will participate as support in difficult conversations and meetings. Your work also includes ensuring lawful case processing, good documentation, and professional conduct. You will work on developing procedures and working methods together with other senior social workers in the department. You need to stay updated on legislation, case law, and current research. You will participate in social committee meetings and represent the social board in the Administrative Court.
