Then you might be the person we're looking for.\n\nAs a special education teacher, your main responsibilities will be:\n\n- Plan, implement, and follow up on instruction for students in need of special support, individually or in small groups.\n\n- Conduct pedagogical assessments, evaluations, and analyses of student learning and development.\n\n- Contribute special education expertise in developing and following up intervention plans and other governing documents.\n\n- Support and coach teachers and other staff in special education work.\n\n- Work preventatively and promotively to develop inclusive learning environments in collaboration with educators and student support services.\n\n- Actively participate in the school's student support team.\n\n- Collaborate with guardians and external partners to provide students with the best possible conditions.\n\nOne of the positions will primarily collaborate with staff and students in one of our three teaching teams.\n\nThe other position is an expansion as we are at the beginning stages of expanding our operations with a smaller teaching group.
