In our Intelligent Drive department, our main goal is to launch our ADAS functions to the European market. You will work at the intersection of engineering, safety, and regulation, influencing function design decisions, validation strategies, and homologation outcomes for current and future ADAS and automated driving functions.\nWhat You'll Do\n\nInterpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into clear, actionable technical and functional requirements for ADAS development teams.\n\n\nProviding guidance on the design and evolution of ADAS functions and features to ensure regulatory compliance across the entire product lifecycle.\n\n\nReviewing verification and validation (V&V) and test strategies, including KPI definitions and assessments, in alignment with regulatory and safety expectations.\n\n\nLeading and supporting homologation activities, including preparation of technical documentation, approval dossiers, and on\u2011site support during homologation testing with the approval authority.\n\n\nMonitoring regulatory developments (e.g. UNECE, EU regulations, and other ADAS\/ADS\u2011related updates) and proactively assessing their impact on ADAS roadmaps and designs.\n\n\nWho You Are:\n\n5+ years working with ADAS or automated driving systems in an OEM, Tier 1, or technical service environment.\n\n\nStrong knowledge of EuroNCAP and ADAS relevant regulations, such as EU 2019\/2144 GSR, UNECE R79, R171, R157, and related EU regulatory frameworks.\n\n\nProven experience in homologation processes, including interaction with approval authorities and technical services.\n\n\nFamiliarity with functional safety (ISO 26262), SOTIF (ISO 21448), and safety case thinking.\n\n\nWillingness and flexibility to travel for supporting homologation activities on-site.\n\n\nSwedish driver license B is a must.\n\n\nKnowledge of Canalyzer, Canoe, DSA and Systemweaver.\n\n\nProactive nature and show a willingness to take initiative\n\n\nSupportive mindset, we are here to work as a team and help each other\n\n\nPossess a genuine curiosity and a deep sense of empathy for those around you\n\n\nAdapt to changes and have a flexible mindset\n\n\nLike us, you believe that great teams are about personalities, not just skills.
