We are now recruiting an experienced Administrative Manager to take overall responsibility for administrative operations and support functions at our project site in Boden, Sweden.\nWork duties\nLead and manage day-to-day administrative operations on site\nTake overall responsibility for planning, coordination, and execution of administrative processes\nManage administrative staff and ensure efficient support to project teams\nOversee HR administration, personnel coordination, and employee services\nEnsure proper document management, reporting, and archiving systems\nCoordinate logistics services including accommodation, transportation, and site facilities\nSupport project management with reporting, planning, and internal coordination\nEnsure compliance with company policies and Swedish administrative regulations\nMonitor administrative performance and implement improvements where needed\nAct as the main contact point for administrative matters towards management and stakeholders\n\nQualifications\nUniversity degree in business administration, management, or a related field\nProven experience managing administrative teams and support functions\nStrong knowledge of administrative processes, reporting, and coordination\nExperience working in international and multicultural environments\nStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a dynamic environment\nEnglish required\nTurkish and\/or Swedish are considered strong advantages\n\nEmployment Conditions & Benefits\nFull-time employment: 40 hours per week\nSaturday work may be required depending on project needs\nOvertime is compensated according to Swedish labor law and applicable agreements\nCamp accommodation provided: private room with bathroom and kitchen access\nThree meals per day provided by employer\nInternal transport between camp and worksite included\nEmployment follows all applicable Swedish labor laws, including work environment and safety regulations\nMandatory workplace insurances according to Swedish requirements\nPersonal protective equipment (PPE) provided where applicable\nID06 registration arranged and paid by employer\nMandatory safety training included\n\nSalary is offered at a competitive market level for this type of administrative management role.
