We have convenient working hours with free weekends and public holidays and a generous wellness allowance.\n\nYour Assignment\nWith us, you will become an important part of the team and contribute to creating a welcoming and professional experience for both patients and colleagues. Together, we work to provide the best possible service and good treatment in every interaction.\n\nIn this role, you will be responsible for receiving and registering patients and visitors, providing service by phone, and handling rescheduling and cancellations. You are often the first person our patients meet and therefore play an important role in creating security and a positive impression of our operations.\n\nYou will also be a valuable support to the entire health center in various IT-related matters. This could include, for example, assisting with printer installation, providing support with the Office package, and helping colleagues with simple IT issues in their daily work. You will also handle error reports, interpreter bookings, and other tasks that need to be resolved.\n\nYour Competence\nWe are looking for someone who has at least upper secondary education and who enjoys a role where service, administration, and interaction with people are the focus. If you have worked with similar tasks before, this is a merit, as is experience with Heroma, Agresso, and the Cosmic journal system.\n\nYou have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and feel comfortable working in digital systems. An interest in IT issues and technology is something we see as a great asset.\nAs a person, you are calm, engaged, solution-oriented, have a sense of order, and have a genuine interest in helping others. We have approximately 13,000 registered patients and about 70 employees. Our operations are broad, and all professions within the health center's mission are represented, including child health clinics, maternity health clinics, and youth services. The child health clinic operation is one of Uppsala's largest with approximately 1,350 enrolled children. Gottsunda Health Center is part of the Family Center located here, which we see as positive for the children, families, and employees.
