We remember who we met six months ago who didn't fit then, but would be perfect now. And we challenge companies to dare: bring in someone who feels right now, even if the need is actually a few months away or someone they hadn't thought of themselves, but who fits perfectly as a person. A bad hire affects an entire team; the whole is always more important to us than just filling a position.\nWhat started as pure recruitment has evolved into more: we want to become the obvious strategic HR partner for companies in the region that are changing or growing. Planning & consulting as much as recruitment, staffing, interim solutions, onboarding and succession planning. HR support for companies without their own HR department. And the more strategic questions \u2013 culture and values work, employer branding, change management during growth and reorganization.\nAnd that's exactly why we're now looking for our third colleague \u2013 someone with the same business sense & values, who complements us and wants to help shape the next chapter.\nIs it you?\nThe Role\nYou'll be part of the whole chain: finding and contacting companies, being curious about their business and needs, daring to challenge to find solutions, creating job postings, interviewing and recruiting, and meeting candidates who are curious even before we have a posting out.\nWe're a small team, which means you get the full picture \u2013 from the small to the big \u2013 and a role shaped around your strengths rather than a predetermined job description. Tasks don't come to you; you're involved in creating what you see is needed, with great freedom to manage your own time and with us as close sounding boards.\nWho We're Looking For\nWe believe you've worked for a few years in areas such as recruitment, talent search, employer branding, operational HR work, and\/or as a recruiting manager. You want to use that experience to build something \u2013 not just maintain something that already exists \u2013 to build and run businesses.\nBuilding a company is about building relationships and creating opportunities, and you have that business drive but with people at the center.
