You will work with project management, resource planning, customer dialogue, follow-up, and administration while serving as operational support to the business.\n\nThe role offers great variety. One day you might participate in customer meetings, plan upcoming projects, and review finances, while the next day involves solving practical challenges in the field, coordinating resources, booking transportation, handling orders, or ensuring that projects have the right conditions to be completed.\n\nYou will be involved in different phases of projects, from planning and startup to follow-up and closure. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to develop customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the company's continued development.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\u2022 Experience in project management within construction, infrastructure, contracting, or similar business\n\u2022 Understanding of how projects function in production and comfort working close to operations\n\u2022 Good administrative ability and the ability to create structure in a day with many parallel activities\n\u2022 Good computer skills and comfort with the Office package and other business systems\n\u2022 Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written\n\u2022 Valid B-class driver's license\n\nIt is advantageous if you have experience in contracting operations, procurement, financial follow-up, customer responsibility, or personnel management.
