The organization is in an establishment\/expansion phase and now needs one more committed activity coach who wants to help drive our DV forward to become an attractive workplace for our participants.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs an activity coach with us, your primary task is to meet participants where they are and help them realize their ideas. You plan, lead, and develop activities based on participants' unique interests. The role involves supporting individuals with different needs in their daily lives, encouraging independence, and creating a safe and stimulating environment. You will be mainly stationed in T\u00e4by, but occasional shifts may also be conducted in Vallentuna.\n\nYour Main Responsibilities\n\u00b7 Be a contact person and responsible for a number of participants.\n\u00b7 Coach and inspire participants in their daily activities and projects.\n\u00b7 Plan and implement educational and motivating interventions.\n\u00b7 Document and follow up implementation plans according to LSS.\n\u00b7 Actively contribute to the development and expansion of the organization.\n\nWe Are Looking For You If You\n\u00b7 Have relevant education, such as educational support specialist, nursing assistant, special education teacher, nurse, or equivalent.\n\u00b7 Have documented experience working in daily activities or with the LSS target group.\n\u00b7 Are creative, flexible, and see opportunities where others see obstacles.\n\u00b7 Have strong pedagogical ability and a calm, low-affect approach.\n\u00b7 Master Swedish fluently in both speech and writing for documentation.\n\u00b7 Personal suitability is weighted heavily.\n\nWe Offer You\nA dynamic workplace where no two days are the same.
