Our close collaboration with the four regions in the Northern Healthcare Region we view as a major mutual asset for developing research and education and securing access to future healthcare personnel.\nThe Department of Molecular Biology is seeking an engaged student in the civil engineering economics program who wants to work with tasks that have a clear connection to their studies. The student assistant position is 20% of full-time and is time-limited to 6 months, starting as soon as possible by agreement.\nWork Tasks\nAs a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge and contribute to the work of the Department of Molecular Biology. The work tasks consist primarily of posting invoices, following up on accounts payable, and handling questions about invoices and payments. Some financial administration and simple bookkeeping may occur. In your work, you will receive support from a controller and an economist at the department, as well as assistance from the central level if needed.\nEligibility\nEmployment as a student assistant is regulated in the Higher Education Ordinance chapter 5. Only those admitted to education at the basic or advanced level may be employed as a student assistant (HF chapter 5 \u00a710).\nQualifications\nWe are looking for you who study in the civil engineering economics program at Ume\u00e5 University and have completed studies corresponding to at least a pass in the course Accounting C, have good knowledge of accounting, and have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
