These are the values that guide us in how we work and how we make decisions \u2013 and that we imagine you share with us.\n \nWhat you'll be doing\n \nYou will be responsible for updating and creating IRB model framework documents and other documents that apply to several or all teams in Risk Models Methodology & IRB.\n \nMain responsibilities in this role:\nWork with many stakeholders in Risk Models Methodology & IRB Models and numerous other units in Nordea, including Model Risk Management teams and Group Internal Audit;\nWork with colleagues in all teams in Risk Models Methodology and IRB Models to arrive at the best methodologies, processes and governance for Nordea's IRB models;\nAnalyse methodological choices, justify and document the conclusions;\nUpdate and create documents in English, including driving the creation\/update of documents with input from other stakeholders;\nEnsure that the described methodologies, processes and governance comply with European regulation and internal rules;\nPresent documents, analysis and methodology to relevant forums and committees;\nPerform ad hoc quantitative and qualitative analysis.\n\n \nWho you are\n \nYour background and skills include:\nA Master's Degree or PhD in a quantitative field, such as finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, physics or similar from a high quality academic institution;\nExcellent collaboration skills;\nExcellent knowledge of and significant experience with statistical modelling;\nFull proficiency in English and excellent writing skills;\nKnowledge about European regulation for IRB models;\nUnderstanding of the role of IRB models in a financial institution;\nUnderstanding of organization and governance processes;\nAn energetic and service-minded personality;\nA positive and curious mindset;\nA pragmatic, can-do attitude;\nA strong focus on results, deliveries and deadlines;\nThe ability to work in teams and independently.\n\n \nWhat we offer\n \nPeople come here when they want to get somewhere.
