You'll find us at Tuve Torg, the hub in Tuve Centrum in central Hisingen. We are a trusted and well-visited pharmacy, neighbors with ICA and providing local service. It's easy to commute here by bus, which stops right outside, and there are good parking options if you drive.\n\nAs pharmacy manager, you lead and work together with a competent and collaborative team consisting of three pharmacists and one pharmacy technician.\n\nYou are a confident and present leader with both drive and commitment, and you are motivated by creating results through others. The work is both strategic and operational, and involves overall responsibility for the pharmacy's development and success.\n\nThe role includes, among other things:\n\nStrengthen the business and create motivation and engagement in the team.\nEnsure the best possible patient counseling and a customer experience of the highest quality.\nTake responsibility for finances, budget, and results monitoring.\nInitiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the surrounding area.\nHave full responsibility for personnel, work environment, and quality.\nEnsure efficient staffing through effective scheduling.\nAttract, recruit, retain, and develop employees at the pharmacy.\nLead and develop the business and team toward set goals.\nPromote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy.\n\n\nThe pharmacy is open 08:30\u201318 on weekdays, 10\u201314 on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. We offer a permanent position with an initial probationary period. You report to Regional Manager Adnan Mulic.\n\nWe are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, or have other relevant background in retail. Perhaps you have previous experience in a leadership role or are curious and ready to take the next step as a pharmacy manager with us.
