The finance function currently includes approximately 50 customer invoices, 100 supplier invoices, and payroll administration for just over 20 employees per month.\nYou become IOSoft's responsible person for the ongoing accounting work. The role therefore requires that you are comfortable working independently, planning and prioritizing your tasks, and making your own assessments.\nYou work independently within the finance area but have access to an external accounting firm and auditor for support and consultation on more complex matters and in connection with financial closings.\nYour tasks include:\nOngoing bookkeeping and account reconciliations\nManagement of approximately 50 customer invoices per month\nHandling and coding of nearly 100 supplier invoices per month\nPayroll administration for just over 20 employees\nVAT and tax declarations\nMonthly reporting and financial monitoring\nLiquidity planning\nBudgeting and forecasts\nPreparations and work related to monthly and annual closings\nPreparation of financial statements and key figures\nDevelopment and documentation of financial routines\n\nThe role involves close collaboration with management, project managers, and the company's other administrative functions.\nWe are Looking for You If\u2026\nTo succeed in this role, you need experience independently managing a company's ongoing accounting work.
