Then you are welcome to Regionh\u00e4lsan \u2013 your place for professional development with a focus on occupational medicine in the heart of Blekinge!\nWith us, you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in work-oriented rehabilitation, the impact of the work environment on health, and quality improvement work. When you work with occupational medicine with us, you contribute to promoting health and a good work environment for our employees. This includes:\nConducting medical examinations in working life\nInvestigating work-related injuries and illnesses\nCollaborating with other professional categories to conduct work environment assessments to improve conditions\nCreating and implementing organizational interventions for a better work environment\nContributing to return-to-work initiatives\n\nAs an ST physician at Regionh\u00e4lsan, you will work weekdays, office hours, with no weekends, on-call duty, or standby obligations.\nWe want you to succeed in your role and consider it self-evident that we develop a training plan together that is tailored to you.
