The teams consist of physicians, registered nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Based on the patient's often complex needs and life situation, all professions contribute to optimizing palliative care. As a registered nurse, you have an important role in the team.\nPRT is responsible for patients needing specialized palliative care who are cared for in their own homes in Gothenburg City, M\u00f6lndal City, and in Partille, H\u00e4rryda, and \u00d6cker\u00f6 municipalities. PRT operates 7:30-21:00 every day of the week.\nASIH is responsible for patients in the southwest district 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
