A typical day can include everything from planned maintenance to urgent solutions when something unexpected happens.\n\nYour main responsibilities:\n\n  Ongoing interior and exterior facilities maintenance and preventive upkeep.\n  Troubleshooting and minor repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.).\n  Exterior maintenance such as snow removal, sanding, and keeping the hotel grounds in order.\n  Contact and coordination with external tradespeople and suppliers.\n  Being an extra helping hand to other departments (reception, restaurant, housekeeping) when needed.\n\n\nWho are you?\nWe place great importance on personal fit and the right attitude.
