The unit currently has nine social workers and one school coordinator for placed children.\nTo support you in your work, you have the sector's mentors who, among other things, provide support close to the caseworkers, introduce new employees, and quality assure decision documentation, among other things.\nIn the role, you work closely with the social workers on the unit to provide support and guide them in their daily work, which is often complex and challenging. You report to the sector manager for children and families and are part of the management group together with the four other unit managers and the sector manager. You have a strong interest in environmental monitoring and actively contribute to the joint work within the management group.\nYour Competence and Experience\nWe are looking for you who is a confident, responsive, and clear leader.
