You have experience leading through other managers and thrive in a role where you need to create direction, prioritize, and make decisions that have an impact across the entire operation.\nYou have a strong business understanding and good experience in construction operations, for example in construction, operations and maintenance, or related areas. You are experienced in working with economics, risk assessments, bidding processes, and contracts, and have a good understanding of the commercial conditions required to create sustainable and profitable businesses.\nAs a person, you combine a strategic perspective with the ability to translate plans into practical action. You build trust through clarity, commitment, and leadership that gives others the mandate to take responsibility and develop.
