You keep job seekers and employers in focus and make a difference every day. Through conversations, you map competencies, identify support needs, and propose concrete measures. This may include guidance, training initiatives, or development of job search strategies. You stay updated on the labor market and employers' recruitment needs.\n\nA central part of the work is to inform and communicate about the Swedish Employment Service's mission, services, rights, and obligations. You work professionally with government authority. You can handle both positive and negative decisions respectfully.
