Our leadership means we lead with results-oriented focus and a close, coaching approach that encourages participation, motivation, and responsibility.\n\nJob Description\nAs an employment counselor within Coordinated Support, you work in depth with job seekers who need individual and often long-term support to enter or remain in the labor market. The work is conducted primarily through in-person meetings and close collaboration with employers, government agencies, and other actors to coordinate services based on the individual's needs. You also work with employers based on skills supply needs and support them in expanding their recruitment.\n\nAn important part of the role is to inform about the Swedish Public Employment Service's services and about rights and obligations, and to provide support on the path to employment. You also handle incoming inquiries by phone from both job seekers and employers with significant support needs.\n\nTo succeed in the role, you work in a structured manner and are comfortable interpreting and applying laws and regulations. You document with legal certainty, act professionally when meeting with people, and can navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
