Here, approximately 80 employees and five unit managers work together. We work in teams in an open office landscape with access to several meeting rooms and conference rooms. The building has a caf\u00e9 and a reception area. All work takes place on-site and our customers visit here as well. You become a person who sees possibilities, creates motivation, and helps each individual take the next step based on their own conditions.\n\nThis is a role for you if you enjoy combining leadership, relationships, and practical work and are motivated by seeing others succeed!\n\nHere's what you'll do as a work supervisor:\n\n\u2022 Lead and support customers at activity centers, both individually and in work teams\n\u2022 Motivate, coach, and inspire people to develop and move forward\n\u2022 Plan and adapt work based on the individual's needs and set goals\n\u2022 Develop the operation and find new solutions that create opportunities for our customers\n\u2022 Ensure quality, structure, and productivity in daily work\n\u2022 Create and develop collaboration with other operations and actors in the customer's best interest\n\u2022 Contribute to a work environment where people feel seen, included, and motivated\n\u2022 Take responsibility for ensuring that work is conducted with quality and awareness of the municipality's resources.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWho are you?\n\nWe're looking for someone with at least a high school diploma, coaching and\/or mentoring training, and experience working with adults.
