You are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on daily work in production and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality.\n \nYou work closely with the site manager, skilled workers, and subcontractors, and actively contribute to creating an engaged and well-functioning team where everyone works toward the same goal.\n \nIn this role, you will, among other things:\nPlan, lead, and follow up on project production\nPrepare work and assign tasks to skilled workers\nCoordinate and follow up on subcontractors\nEnsure that the project's schedule, quality, and budget are maintained\nContribute to a safe work environment and a positive collaborative climate\nBe an important culture bearer and role model in daily work\n\n \nAbout You\nWe are looking for someone with a genuine interest in leadership and production. You are structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility.
