You'll be close to the team, create structure, and ensure work flows smoothly.\nYou'll do things like:\nAssign daily tasks and help the team prioritize\nStay close to production and be there when questions or problems come up\nMake sure work is done safely and with the right quality\nHelp and support colleagues in their daily work\nOnboard new team members\nFollow up that production and deliveries are on schedule\nBe a link between production and other parts of the company\nContribute ideas on how we can do things even better\n\nSo you don't need to know everything on day one.
