The role involves both planning and administration as well as significant presence in the field and at our worksites.\nWork duties\nAs a work supervisor, you will among other things:\nplan, lead, and allocate daily work\nplan staffing, machinery, materials, and other resources\ntranslate client orders and construction documents into efficient practical execution\nread and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and other construction documents\nensure that work is completed according to orders, drawings, technical specifications, AMA, and other applicable requirements\nfollow up on production, timelines, quality, and resource consumption\nwork actively with safety and work environment and conduct and follow up on risk assessments\ncoordinate work with internal clients, contractors, suppliers, and other affected operations\nsupport and guide team members in daily work\ncontribute to development of work methods, planning, and efficient resource utilization\nwith the unit manager, follow up on ongoing and completed work.\nOn-call duty and shift scheduling may occur.\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with:\nexperience with water and sewage work, such as new installations, renovations, and remediation of water and wastewater lines\nexperience with earthwork and infrastructure projects, contracting, or other equivalent operations\nexperience with work supervision, production management, or other coordinating roles within infrastructure operations\nknowledge of AMA Anl\u00e4ggning and ability to apply relevant technical requirements and specifications in practical work\ngood ability to read and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and other construction documents\ngood ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on infrastructure projects\ngood understanding of work environment and safety in earthwork and infrastructure projects\ngood ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing\nClass B driver's license.\n\nRelevant education in earthwork and infrastructure, construction, or equivalent is advantageous.
