You will be part of the elevator division which consists of a total of 10 employees. In your role as work leader, you are responsible for leading a group of 4 people in the daily work of assembling and disassembling construction elevators and climbing platforms, both at the depot and at customer sites. You plan, lead, and distribute work while actively participating in operational activities. You also work continuously to develop the division, with a focus on creating a good work environment and a strong team spirit.\n\nThe role also includes administrative tasks and some logistics responsibility. You work closely with the group manager and regional sales representatives, where together you work towards the local market.
