You assist the project manager and plan, lead and distribute work to our craftspeople. You follow up to ensure that work is performed efficiently and with high quality according to set targets.\nYou coordinate subcontractors and ensure that work flows according to plan.\nOf course, you contribute to a good working environment and a positive collaboration climate.\n \n \nQualifications   \nWe are looking for someone with construction technical education and\/or relevant work experience that we consider equivalent. You have at least three years of experience in the role of site supervisor within construction production. \n \nAs a person, you thrive in a role where you can combine leadership with operational presence.
