The unit has several workplaces designed to meet participants' needs and interests, including Cornelia, Fotoarkivet, and Fritidsbanken.\nThe Labor Market Unit is led by a Labor Market and Adult Education Manager.\nThe Labor Market Officer is the entry point for new participants and supports the operational team leaders with a focus on participants' path to self-sufficiency. The organization also includes Vilhelmina Learning Center, which works with adult learning and skills provision, as well as Immigration Services, the municipality's refugee coordination.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nThe Labor Market Officer guides participants to the Labor Market Unit's workplaces, to internships, or other initiatives aimed at self-sufficiency. You are also responsible for municipal activity responsibility for young people aged 16-20 who are outside work or studies. You manage internal contacts within the organization, with authorities, organizations, and companies for planning the reception of new participants. You will be involved in various development projects connected to the position.
