An important part of the work is to create pathways to employment and studies through collaboration both within the municipality and with external partners, such as the Swedish Public Employment Service, healthcare providers, and employers.\n\nAre You the One We're Looking For?\nWe are seeking someone with a degree in social work, career guidance and counseling, behavioral science, or another education that the employer deems equivalent.\n\nYou have at least two years of full-time work experience and experience working with this target group. You are comfortable working both independently and with others and have experience collaborating with authorities and other partners.\n\nYou have a genuine interest in supporting people toward employment and self-sufficiency.
