You'll be part of our team of employment consultants and will work both with the unit's regular assignments and with the FINSAM project Rehabilitation & Work (RoA).\nAs an employment consultant, you work to support people on their path toward employment or studies. Through individual conversations, guidance, and close collaboration with employers and authorities, you help participants take steps toward self-sufficiency.\nPart of the position is directed toward the FINSAM project Rehabilitation & Work (RoA), a successful collaboration project conducted since spring 2021. The project serves individuals with mental health challenges who are far from the job market. The goal is to create meaningful activities together with participants and gradually strengthen the conditions for employment or studies.\nYou'll become part of an experienced and dedicated team where you support each other, share knowledge, and develop the organization together.\nThis is a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. The responsible manager for this position is the Unit Manager for the Employment Unit. In this role, you'll work for both Leksand and R\u00e4ttvik municipalities.\nYour profile\nYou have appropriate higher education, such as occupational therapist, vocational guidance counselor, social worker, or behavioral scientist, or training\/experience that the employer deems relevant for the role.\nWe appreciate if you have some form of conversation training. Supported employment, MI, or similar training is a merit.\nWe're looking for someone with experience in similar roles, preferably with a focus on rehabilitation.\nIn the employment consultant role, it's beneficial if you have knowledge of how the job market works, solution-focused approaches, NPF diagnoses and\/or substance abuse issues.\nYou need to be able to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and have good computer skills.
