As part of the rehabilitation team, you will collaborate with, among others, physical therapists, district nurses, nurses, care assistants, benefits administrators, and unit managers. The work involves home visits in both ordinary housing and special housing. To get a comprehensive picture of the person and their life situation, we strive for the occupational therapist and physical therapist to conduct joint home visits and assessments. We discuss in the team regarding any interventions to ensure we work toward the same goals and avoid counterproductive measures.\n\nIn addition to direct patient work, your tasks include providing guidance, instruction, training, and information to care staff and relatives\/family members.
