Your work focuses on supporting older individuals with both physical and cognitive challenges. You will work both independently and in a team by performing functional and activity assessments and leading training activities. You will also be responsible for trying out and prescribing aids and assistive devices, as well as instructing, delegating, and coaching care personnel in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
