You are someone who sees what needs to be done and takes responsibility for driving work forward while having the ability to adapt when circumstances change. We also appreciate someone who can communicate messages clearly and engagingly in a way tailored to the recipient.\r\n\r\nTo perform AT with us, you must have\r\n\u2022 a Swedish medical degree or a decision and authorization from the National Board of Health and Welfare to perform AT\r\n\u2022 good knowledge of the Swedish language at least at C1 level.\r\n\r\nIt is meritorious if you have experience with\r\n\u2022 work in Region G\u00e4vleborg\r\n\u2022 work as a junior physician and\/or physician assistant\r\n\u2022 other clinical work in healthcare\r\n\u2022 research beyond the scientific work included in medical education\r\n\u2022 a leadership role\r\n\u2022 work as an amanuensis or equivalent.\r\n\r\nIt is also meritorious if you grew up in Bolln\u00e4s or have other connections to the town.
