You will be part of a team with experienced colleagues who give you full support and help you grow and develop.\n\nWho Are You?\nTo succeed in this role, you need:\n- Basic knowledge of IT and a great curiosity to learn more\n- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and products included in Office 365\n- Good pedagogical and communication skills\n- Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n- Swedish and English in both speech and writing\n- Class B driver's license and access to a car\n\nIt's an advantage if you have:\n- Experience working in IT support\n- Experience supporting users onsite\n\nEven though knowledge and previous experience in similar roles are advantageous, we place great importance on you as a person.
