You work closely with the unit manager and the managers of our two sister departments to create a common direction and ensure that competencies, products, and technical capabilities align across departmental boundaries.\n\nHere's what you'll be doing\n\nLead and develop the department's employees, teams, and ways of working.\n\nEnsure product-oriented development with a focus on customer and business value.\n\nTake responsibility for prioritization and implementation within the department's area.\n\nPromote agile and cross-functional ways of working.\n\nEnsure quality, usability, security, and maintainability in delivered solutions.\n\nMonitor impact, benefits, and continuous improvement of digital products.\n\nCollaborate with the business on needs, priorities, and change management.\n\nWork with the unit manager and sister department managers on shared priorities and ways of working.\n\n\nAre you the person we're looking for?\n\nAs a person, you are driven and results-oriented.
