The role of department head entails overall responsibility for operations, budget, and personnel \u2013 and you will drive the development of four units within legal affairs, security and preparedness, information management, and procurement, quality and regulatory compliance. You combine integrity and respect for legal and security requirements with a pragmatic, solution-focused, and operationally oriented approach.\nYou are courageous and action-oriented and take responsibility for both your own department's and the agency's overall development and results.\nWe are looking for you with:\nlaw degree\nseveral years of current management experience with responsibility for operations, budget, and personnel\nseveral years of current experience leading other managers in a heavily regulated business\ncurrent experience leading strategic development and change work in a complex organization\ngood knowledge of public administration and the legal prerequisites for government operations\nexperience with qualified collaboration with both internal and external actors.\n\nIt is advantageous for the position if you have:\nexperience as a legal director, chief counsel, or equivalent qualified legal management function\nexperience working with security and preparedness\nexperience with information management, data protection, or information security\nexperience working with medical devices or national medical information systems.\n\nWhat do we offer?\nThe eHealth Agency is a growing authority and we drive the development of national digital infrastructure within health, care, and social services.
