The assignment includes responsibility for personnel, operations, work environment, and budget, and you represent the employer by leading and developing toward the Region's decided goals for the best outcome.\n\nThe clinic's management consists of an Operations Manager, an Assistant Operations Manager, four Department Managers, and Medical Directors. You will work closely with section leaders, fellow managers, and doctors, which creates good conditions for rewarding collaborations and valuable collegial support. Together you are responsible for the operations' goals and mission. You will also have close collaboration with HR partners, controllers, and other support functions.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo succeed in this role, we expect you to be driven, courageous, and responsible.
