You are responsible for budget, results, personnel and work environment, and you translate Elmia's strategy into clear goals and outcomes.\nThe role combines strategic leadership with operational business work. The role involves close collaboration with Destination J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping, hotels, organizers and other external partners to develop J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping as a meeting destination and create attractive events for customers and visitors.\nYou will take over a well-functioning department with experienced and engaged employees who have high expertise in their respective areas. You report to the Business Area Manager.\nAre You the One We're Looking For?\nWe are seeking a business-driven, engaging and relationship-building leader who creates results through people, collaborations and business.
