Your main responsibilities include:\r\n\r\n\u2022 Customer service and hospitality: You prioritize the guest and ensure that all visitors receive a welcoming and professional reception. You answer questions, handle cash transactions, and contribute to creating a positive atmosphere at the facility.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Swimming instruction: You conduct swimming lessons for schools and private individuals, including children, teenagers, adults, and baby swimming. If you lack experience, you will receive internal training to ensure you can deliver high-quality instruction.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Pool surveillance and safety: You monitor the pools to ensure visitor safety and intervene when necessary. This also involves handling emergency situations and being able to act quickly and correctly in water.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Facility maintenance and cleaning: An important part of the role is ensuring that the swimming facility's surfaces are clean, fresh, and safe. You are responsible for maintaining good hygiene through regular cleaning and minor maintenance work.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Caf\u00e9 and sales: Your duties also include working in our caf\u00e9 operation, where you manage sales and keep the caf\u00e9 well-organized and inviting.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Business development: We actively encourage you to participate in improving and developing the facility. Your ideas and initiatives are valuable in our common goal to make the facilities even more attractive and visitor-friendly.\r\n\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nWe are looking for someone who:\r\n\r\n\u2022 is at least 18 years old\r\n\u2022 has completed upper secondary education or equivalent education\r\n\u2022 has good swimming skills and comfort in water\r\n\u2022 has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written\r\n\u2022 has experience working with computers and digital tools\r\n\r\nIt is a merit if you have:\r\n\r\n\u2022 experience working as a pool manager or in swimming instruction\r\n\u2022 pool manager certification\r\n\u2022 swimming instructor certification or pool lifeguard certification\r\n\u2022 experience from caf\u00e9\/restaurant operations, reception, or cleaning and hygiene\r\n\r\nIn this role, it is crucial to have a good ability to understand and show consideration for others. You are responsive to our visitors' needs, put yourself in their situation, and treat them with kindness and respect.
