As a child\/youth treatment specialist, you work together with family therapists and the child's network \u2013 in the home, school, and leisure settings \u2013 to strengthen the child's everyday skills, self-esteem, and sense of security, while the parent's parenting abilities develop.\nIn IFH, we work with coordination between family, network, school, leisure activities, and commissioners \u2013 to create structure, security, and shared strategies around the child.
