The work is conducted at individual, group, and community levels.\nYou will work with individual support for children and young people where needs have been identified through collaboration with, for example, school, social services, SSPF, or guardians. The work may include motivational conversations, leisure counseling, support in contact with other activities, and strengthening the child's protective factors and participation.\nThe assignment also includes outreach work in schools and public environments, collaboration with other actors, and participation in the municipality's preventive work through, for example, TSI, EST, SSPF, and Backa Barnet.\nThe work involves great freedom under responsibility and requires that you can adapt your working method according to the child's needs and life situation.\n \nYour Profile\nWe are looking for you who have genuine commitment to children and young people and who believe in the importance of relationships for change.\nYou are confident in meeting people, attentive, and have a good ability to build trust.
