Two of the groups work with children placed in foster care, and each group consists of four child case workers and three foster care case workers. In addition, there is a dedicated foster care case worker responsible for recruiting foster families. The third group, the Placement Group, works with children and young people placed in other forms of care such as HVB-homes and supported housing. You'll receive regular case supervision from group leaders and managers who are close at hand. You'll also have support from the area's two methods developers. You build trusting relationships, maintain contact with parents and their networks, and collaborate with foster care case workers. The work is conducted according to SoL and LVU. Travel is part of the position \u2013 mainly in Stockholm but also in other parts of the country.\n\nYour competence and experience\nFor this position, you must have:\nA degree in Social Work\nExperience working with authority enforcement for children and young people\n\nWe consider it advantageous if you have:\nExperience working according to Signs of Safety\nB-driver's license\n\nYou are structured and ensure that your cases are handled in a timely manner and with quality. You are goal and results-oriented with a clear focus on creating the best possible conditions for children and families.
