In your role as a childcare worker, you support the preschool teacher in planning, conducting, developing and evaluating teaching based on the needs of the group, the individual child's needs, the preschool's curriculum and the administration's quality work.\nAs part of the preschool's team, you help shape the preschool's pedagogical environments and participate in development conversations, parent meetings and cooperation between home and preschool. Together we create a high-quality preschool that children and parents can look back on as a positive and developmental time in the family's life.\nThe role includes supporting children in need of support in the educational activities.\nWho are you?\nWe are looking for you who are a motivated professionally trained childcare worker. You understand and master Swedish in speech and writing. You also need to have digital competence, both for your own work and for work with children.
