Work as a child care worker involves collaborating with your team to create a safe and developmental education for the children.\nThe work is challenging, exciting, and creative, and takes place in close cooperation with your team and colleagues at the preschool. As a child care worker, you're part of a team and participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating the education offered to children. You work with the team to provide children with fun and educational experiences.\nQualifications\nWe're looking for someone who is trained as a child care worker, or someone studying to become one, or with another education that the employer deems equivalent.\nIt's important that you:\nare familiar with our governing document, the Preschool Curriculum (Lpf\u00f618),\nare a confident and clear leader, take initiative easily, are positive, and believe in children's different competencies,\nvalue trusting relationships with children and guardians and have good collaboration skills,\nuse pedagogical conversations and pedagogical documentation in your work,\nuse visual supports and TAKK (sign as alternative and supplementary communication),\nare interested in developing the preschool.\nVery good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for the position.
