Do you want to be part of that work?\nAbout the role\nAs a childcare provider in our shift department, you are an important part of several teams and we want you to help create a safe, caring and stimulating environment for our children at the preschool. Together with your colleagues, you work according to the preschool's governing documents, with special focus on the Curriculum for Preschool (Lpf\u00f6 18), to give each child the best conditions for development, learning and well-being.\nThe work is characterized by closeness, care and relationship-building. You are a present, responsive and engaged adult who meets children with warmth, curiosity and respect. Through play, exploration and everyday situations, you support children's development, independence and desire to learn. You contribute to creating a safe and stimulating learning environment where each child is given the opportunity to develop based on their own conditions.\nIn the role, you are expected to independently and responsibly plan, implement, document and follow up on teaching and pedagogical activities based on the curriculum's goals and the children's needs, interests and conditions.
