The young people often have complex social issues combined with neuropsychiatric disabilities, relationship difficulties, anxiety, or experienced trauma. Outward aggressive behavior occurs and therefore we need safe adults who see behind the behavior and stay when it gets tough.\n \nAbout the Assignment\nAs a caregiver in this team, you will have a mobile caregiver role where you meet different young people. You replace regular caregivers during absences and you also provide support where needed. You work mostly alone with your young person.\nYou create a sense of security, structure, and a homely environment and build trusting relationships for our young people. The work includes everything from daily chores to conversations and individually adapted treatment interventions.\nYou work independently and have great personal responsibility, but you are never alone in the assignment. You are part of a collaborative team with present leadership and access to supervision and specialist support.
