Within outpatient care (Counseling and Treatment Unit), treatment specialists, Case Managers, and a group leader work together. The target group for outpatient care is adults over 25 years old who need support and treatment due to problems with alcohol, drugs, and\/or gambling. We also work with families of the target group and offer support to perpetrators and victims of violence.\nThe work involves supporting the target group in various ways in their life situation. This can include structured treatment conversations, home visits, outreach activities, supportive and motivating conversations, as well as supervised urine and breath tests. You are expected to conduct individual treatment sessions, lead group treatment, make home visits, and support individuals with practical matters. The work requires the ability to adapt quickly, flexibility, and a willingness to step in where needed so that the individual receives the support they need. To a large extent, you take responsibility for planning your own time. Some evening shifts may occur.
