Placement in the facility is made according to SoL or LVU. The placed children have at least 1-1 supervision during all waking hours.\nAbout the Work\nWe work using environmental therapy based on behavioral science principles and use a low-affect and cognitive approach. As a treatment assistant, you should be able to create a safe environment for the children through a structured and meaningful daily routine. You build stable relationships with the children and actively engage with them daily to learn more about them. Based on care and implementation plans, you will plan and carry out treatment work with the placed children individually. We use methods including TMO - Trauma-Informed Care, CBT for children, TEJPING, MI - Motivational Interviewing, and rePULSE. You work according to an intervention schedule and document your work with the children in our record system. Your duties also include all practical tasks that arise in a home such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, ensuring children's hygiene, and guiding them in daily chores. You will also participate in the facility's development and improvement work aimed at strengthening quality and creating a good workplace.\nOngoing internal training sessions and work-related meetings are held monthly.\nA collective agreement exists with V\u00e5rdf\u00f6retagarna.\nAbout You\nYou should have at least 2 years of post-secondary education in social work such as treatment assistant, treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, or similar education that the employer deems equivalent or higher according to applicable legislation on education requirements for treatment personnel at residential care homes.\nThe work suits you if you can and want to work in a team with your colleagues to create safety and structure for the placed children.
